Renae graduated from the University of Western Sydney with an undergraduate degree in Applied Science (Osteopathy) and a Masters of Osteopathy and has been working at Beech Health since 2010. Since graduating Renae is continuing her Osteopathy journey by undertaking study in the Phases of Biodynamics in the cranial field and Paediatrics.Renae treats using mainly indirect techniques to maximise a person’s musculoskeletal biomechanics and achieve optimal health.

A few things about Renae

  • A healthy lifestyle, enjoyment in physical activity and sport are all passions of Renae’s, all of which are reflected in her care of patients.
  • Has been competing in age group triathlons for 6 years having completed distance from sprint (750m swim, 20km bike, 5km run) up to half Ironmans (1.9km swim, 90km bike, 21.1km run)
  • She competed for Australia at the 2025 Age Group Triathlon World Championships in Wollongong.
  • Is training for the Port Macquarie half Ironman in October 2026.
  • Has 2 dogs, Nixon the Black labrador and Huey the Hurricane Groodle

Who Renae Loves to work with

  • Women of all ages but in particular perimenopausal/ menopausal women to help them to understand, take control and optimize their health during this transition phase of life.
  • Babies and children to give them the best possible start to life and support growing families as they navigate nurturing growing children
  • Active adolescents and adults who are struggling with sport related niggle and injuries that just want to get consistent with their training.
